● i reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason
● visual references are required
● only people 18+ can commission me🧡 payment 🧡
● payments are only accepted through PayPal, Venmo, and Kofi (USD)
● please label your payment in the notes specifying which commission is yours for clarity
● payments under 300 USD are paid in full up front. commissions over 300 USD qualify for 2 payments (half up front and half at completion). anything over 500 USD is qualified for 3 payments (one up front, one before completion, and one after completion)
● please pay in full within 3 days, unless you qualify for multiple payments. in that case, you must pay the first payment within the same timeframe. you only are able to reserve a spot in the queue after payment
● work on commissions only begin when payment is received
● all commissions are subject to complexity fees🧡 process 🧡
● i will communicate at every step of the commission process, unless you want the finished product to be a surprise
● major revisions are done during the sketch phase, any minor revisions can be done after finalization
● i tend to work on one commission at a time so once payment has been received you will be added to the queue
● commissioners can keep up with the progress of commissions and the queue on my Trello which can be found through the W.I.P Tracker button
● priority will always be given to those higher up in the queue
● i will contact you when i am about to start working on your commission
● commissions can take up to 1-3 months depending on the complexity of commissions and how many are in the queue
● if any life circumstances prevent me from working on commissions, i will make sure to keep everyone in the queue updated
● don’t be afraid to reach out if you have any questions or concerns
● once the commission is finished, i will email you the full resolution PNGs
● if you want me to wait a certain mount of time before posting your commission on my online portfolios, just let me know🧡 owner/ usage rights 🧡
● i have the right to use all art for any of my online portfolios and display anywhere to my discretion
● you own the rights to your character but i own the rights to the artwork itself
● do not claim my work as your own
● please refrain from altering the artwork without permission and removing any watermarks/ signatures
● any work commissioned from me is for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise
● art work commissioned for commercial use must be discussed before hand and terms agreed upon
● art may be reposted only if proper credit is given
● no AI training, reselling, and relicensing
● no NFTs🧡 canceling/ refunds 🧡
● refunds are not available once the artwork is finished
● if for any reason you or i decide to cancel a commission, then you will get a refund equaling to the amount of work that hadn’t been done.
● refunds will not be offered to commissioners after i’ve started line work.

any NSFW is up to my discretion and comfortability. I am still not entirely confident doing that kind of artwork and am still practicing. When I am more assured in my abilities, I will be more open to NSFW commissions.
by paying me, you agree to these terms
